I am a senior Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Occupational Health professional
with 35+ years of global experience leading HSE programs, advising organizations, and
providing expert testimony across high-risk industries and multi-jurisdictional
environments.
I support organizations in preventing occupational disease, strengthening governance, and
embedding sustainable HSE systems, with a particular focus on industrial and occupational
hygiene, silica and dust risk management, and work-related disease prevention.
Notable contributions include:
• Advising the Government of the Kingdom of Eswatini on national occupational disease
frameworks
• Leading silicosis prevalence research in partnership with various international universities
• Supporting the Botswana Mineworkers Union in developing workplace exposure
standards
I provide executive-level HSE leadership, including governance oversight, risk management,
compliance audits, and performance improvement, while also acting as a trusted Expert
Witness and technical advisor for organizations, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.
