Dr. Chigilipalli Pavan Kumar, MBBS, AFIH is an Occupational
Health Physician with over 11 years of experience across
industrial medicine, clinical practice, and healthcare
administration. Currently serving as Deputy Medical
Superintendent at South Eastern Coalfields Limited (Coal India
Limited), he leads occupational health services in large-scale
coal mining operations in Chhattisgarh, India.
His expertise includes occupational disease surveillance,
industrial hygiene, ISO 45001-based safety systems, and health
risk management in high-hazard environments. He has
previously worked with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation and
New India Assurance Company Limited, gaining diverse
exposure to industrial and insurance medicine.
Dr. PavanKumar holds an Associate Fellowship in Industrial
Health from Regional Labour Institute Kolkata. He has
contributed to research in mining health, occupational eye
disorders, and workplace safety integration.
