I am an Occupational Health
Doctor trained at the Faculty of
Medicine of Casablanca, with a
three-year residency at Ibn Rochd
University Hospital. My
background includes extensive
experience
in workplace health, risk
prevention, and worker well-
being. I have
participated in scientific
workshops and contributed to
national
and international events,
including ICOH 2024, where I
presented
two oral communications. I
completed training with the
French
National Research and Safety
Institute (INRS) on assessing and
preventing occupational risks,
particularly chemical and
biological
hazards. I am currently expanding
my expertise through training in
neuroscience-based coaching,
neuro-linguistic programming,
and
professional development. My
goal is to integrate these
approaches into organizational
settings to support mental health,
performance, and well-being at
work. I aim to contribute to the
Scientific Committee by bringing
a multidisciplinary perspective
that combines occupational
health, evidence-based
prevention,
and innovative approaches to
workforce well-being. These
experiences strengthen my
commitment to advancing
occupational health.
