An Occupational Health and Corporate Medical Physician with
over 12 years of experience across tertiary care hospitals and
large-scale industries, including the automobile, cement, and
pharmaceutical sectors. Currently working as a Factory Medical
Officer in a large manufacturing organization, responsible for
comprehensive Occupational Health Centre (OHC) operations
for a workforce exceeding 10,000 employees and contract
workers. Core areas of expertise include statutory compliance
under the Factories Act, occupational health surveillance,
industrial hygiene monitoring, emergency preparedness,
trauma care, and implementation of workplace wellness
programs. Actively involved in strengthening EHS audit
compliance, developing preventive health strategies for non-
communicable diseases, and improving employee well-being
through structured training and counseling initiatives. Played a
key role in workplace COVID-19 response planning, vaccination
drives, and health system strengthening. Professional interests
focus on preventive occupational medicine, corporate health
governance, and sustainable workforce well-being aligned with
global occupational health standards promoted by the
International Commission on Occupational Health.
