I hold a PhD, MHSs, and qualifications as an occupational health nurse and resource-oriented clinical supervisor, along with formal pedagogical certification. My doctoral work, focused on occupational health, addresses support for smoking cessation within occupational healthcare, drawing on the frameworks of Interprofessional Collaboration (IPC) and Self-Determination Theory (SDT). I bring extensive experience across diverse healthcare settings to my current roles, where I coordinate specialized training for occupational health physicians and contribute as a teacher to a Master’s program in healthcare development. In addition to my academic work, I also practice as a clinical supervisor and trainer to maintain a close connection with everyday working life.
