I am an Occupational Health Physician and Factory Medical
Officer in India. I hold certifications in Associate Fellow of
Industrial Health (AFIH) and Advanced Diploma in
Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management
(ADOSHEM), with prior clinical experience in various
departments.
My professional interests include occupational
health surveillance, industrial toxicology, chemical exposure
management, workplace emergency preparedness, medical
fitness assessment, ergonomics, and prevention of occupational
diseases.
In my current role, involved in risk-based medical
surveillance, pre-employment and periodic health assessments,
Occupational Health Centre operations, emergency medical
response planning, and development of health protocols for
employees working with hazardous chemicals and
pharmaceutical processes. I am particularly interested in
strengthening evidence-based occupational health practices
within pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing industries.
