I am an Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene professional
with nearly five years of experience at PT Kilang Pertamina
Internasional, currently serving as Manager Health in the
Refinery & Petrochemical Subholding. My expertise spans
medical services, industrial hygiene, health audit & control,
wellness programs, and digital health transformation. I lead
initiatives such as the Online Health Risk Assessment (OHERA)
and Digital Check-Up (DCU) integration to strengthen hazard
control, fatigue management, and cardiovascular risk
prevention across refinery operations.
Academically, I hold a Master’s in Occupational Medicine and
actively contribute to research and publications on long
working hours, fatigue, biohazard control, and AI-based health
monitoring. I have presented at national and international
conferences (IIHA, ICOH, SCBOH) and collaborate across
multidisciplinary teams to align occupational health with ESG,
SDG, and Health Performance Index frameworks.
My commitment is to advance evidence-based occupational
health systems that enhance worker well-being and sustainable
industrial performance.
