I am a Senior HSEQ Advisor passionate about creating safe, compliant and high-quality
workplaces in industries where risk is real and standards matter. With 25+ years in health,
safety, environment and quality management, I partner with operations, project and
leadership teams to prevent incidents, mitigate regulatory and reputational risk, and drive
continuous improvement in HSEQ culture and systems.
In practice, I lead implementation of integrated management systems (ISO 45001, 14001,
9001), design audit programmes, deliver training and assurance frameworks, and embed
data-driven feedback loops to improve performance. I thrive when operational teams can
confidently say: “We know our risks, we control them, we continuously get better.”
My value lies in bridging the gap between HSEQ strategy and frontline execution — turning
policy into practice, aligning HSEQ objectives with business goals, and tracking measurable
outcomes like reduced near-misses, improved compliance ratings and empowered
workforce engagement.
