transformation, procurement and logistics optimization, large-

with extensive experience leading complex, multi-sector
organizations through growth, restructuring, performance
improvement, and operational excellence. Former CEO where I
led strategic/operational initiatives that delivered significant
cost efficiencies, accelerated procurement cycles, strengthened
revenue performance. Previously served as Deputy-COO and
Director of Supply-Chain Operations at ADCOOPS, overseeing
operations across 45 branches and a workforce of more than
1,800 employees, while contributing to commercial strategy,
organizational performance, and operational effectiveness. An
