Dr. Victoria Arrandale is an Associate Professor in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at
the University of Toronto where she is the Director of the Centre for Occupational Disease
Prevention and the Co-Director of the Centre for Research Expertise in Occupational
Disease. Victoria is a Registered Occupational Hygienist (ROH). Her research focuses on the
assessment and prevention of workplace exposures in a variety of work settings including
first responders, mining, construction, nail salons and electronic waste. Victoria serves as a
member of the Workplace Safety Insurance Board Ontario’s Scientific Advisory Table on
Occupational Disease and is active in in the Occupational Health and Safety System in
Ontario, Canada. Victoria contributes nationally to the Canadian Registration Board of
Occupational Hygiene (CRBOH) and has served internationally with the International
Agency for Research on Cancer Monographs program.
