Elections of ICOH Officers and Board members for the tenure 2022-2024 now open
January 11, 2022The elections of ICOH Officers and Board members for the tenure 2022-2024 will be held in electronic format from 11 January 2022 to 31 January 2022.
ICOH members having paid their membership fees by no later than 6 February 2021 will have the right of voting.
The login credentials to the electronic voting systems were sent to the entitled members on 10 January 2022.
The electronic voting system is very simple and intuitive. Instructions for the electronic voting system can be downloaded here.

Announcement of the candidates for the elections of ICOH Officers and members of the Board for Triennium 2022-2024
November 26, 2021The candidates must be eligible under Article 5, section 2 and 8 of the ICOH Constitution. The Officers and the members of the Board shall be elected as set forth in the Bye-Laws for the period separating sessions of the General Assembly. They may be re-elected to the same office for no more than one additional term, with exception of the Secretary-General, who may be elected for more than one additional term. The newly elected Officers take office at the General Assembly convened immediately after the ICOH 2022 Congress. A member of the ICOH can be a candidate for one post only at a time.

WHO/ILO Joint Estimates of the Work-related Burden of Disease and Injury, 2000-2016: Global Monitoring Report

In September 2021, with the publication of the global monitoring report, WHO and ILO launched their global comparative risk assessment of the work-related burden of disease. This covers 19 occupational risk factors. It is WHO’s most comprehensive study of work-related burden of disease, and the first ever joint assessment of its kind with ILO. Read more
ILO Master Fellowship in conjunction with ICOH 2022 digital Congress
In occasion of the ICOH 2022 digital Congress, a partial fellowship to attend the ILO Master in Occupational Safety and Health (International Training Centre of the ILO in collaboration with the University of Turin, Italy) will be assigned for two ICOH candidates from developing countries who will present a scientific contribution at the congress. Information for Bid Submission for ICOH 2027 Congress
Deadline: 6 November 2021The procedure for bid submission to compete for the venue of future ICOH congresses is indicated in Bye-Law 7 and in the Guidelines for Organization of ICOH Congresses.
Given the exceptional situation in the whole world, the deadlines indicated in the Guidelines will be readapted for ICOH 2027. The deadline for bid submission will be 6 November 2021, i.e. three months before the beginning of the ICOH 2022 congress. The required original documentation and electronic version shall be received by ICOH Secretariat General by that date. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. Read more
