ILO Master Fellowship in conjunction with ICOH 2024 Congress
In occasion of the ICOH 2024 Congress, a partial fellowship to attend the ILO Master in Occupational Safety and Health 2024-2025 (International Training Centre of the ILO in collaboration with the University of Turin, Italy) will be assigned for two ICOH candidates from low and middle income countries who will present a scientific contribution at the congress. WHO launches new global indicator on fatal work-related diseases
June 8, 2023The World Health Organization (WHO), with the support of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran, Italy and South Africa, has launched a new global indicator for workers’ health.
This indicator is “Mortality rate per 100 000 working-age population from diseases attributable to selected occupational risk factors, by disease, risk factor, sex and age group”. Read more
Instructions for presentation of candidacies - ICOH Officers and Board members, term 2024-2027
June 1, 2023To formalize their candidacy, nominees must send one single email to icoh@inail.it by 28 July 2023 at 12 p.m. CEST. The email must include the following attachments: CV (no more than 150 words), Declaration of Form Interest (available here https://www.icohweb.org/site/core-documents.asp), written agreement of the nominee that he/she is willing to serve if elected, and endorsement emails as attachments. ICOH Midterm meeting took place in Angers, France (15-17 May 2023)
May 26, 2023On May 15-17, 2023, the ICOH Midterm Meeting took place in Angers, France. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Midterm Meeting has been the first opportunity to meet in presence, still ensuring online participation for those who could not travel.
The University of Angers (UA) kindly accepted to support ICOH in the organization of the Midterm Meeting, which was hosted in the Angers Congress Center, in conjunction with an international scientific event on the topic “Translational Epidemiology in Occupational Health”. Read more
Call for nominations for the election of ICOH Officers and members of the Board for the triennium 2024-2027
April 17, 2023According to the current ICOH Bye-Laws, the names of the candidates shall be submitted to the Secretary-General (ICOH Secretariat General c/o INAIL - via Fontana Candida, 1, 00078 Monte Porzio Catone (Rome) – Italy; E-mail: icoh@inail.it) by no later than 28 July 2023, 12:00 CEST.
Nominees have to be supported by at least 10 members in good standing for the Board candidacy and at least 15 members in good standing for the Officers candidacy. Read more
