Co-optation of two further ICOH Board Members for the triennium 2024-2027

Considering the gender and geographical imbalance of the original composition of the elected Board for the tenure 2024-2027, and compliant with ICOH Constitution, Article 5, Section 6 “[…] If necessary, no more than two further members of the Board chosen for their ability, or to represent a geographical region or a discipline, may be proposed by the President and coopted by the Board”, the ICOH President has appointed Prof. Shade Omokhodion (Nigeria) and Prof. Begoña Martinez Jarreta (Spain) as ICOH co-opted Board Members for the triennium 2024-2027.
