The event aimed to foster the exchange of knowledge, experiences and best practices in policy regulatory initiatives from multiple perspectives, including those of UN leaders, academic experts, policymakers and social partners.
Across the two days, participants engaged in alternating sessions, roundtable, and networking opportunities culminating in the formal signing of the Geneva Partnership Commitment and the establishment of a global network linking the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology (EAOHP), the Asia-Pacific Academy for Psychosocial Factors at Work (APA-PFAW), the Society for Occupational Health Psychology (SOHP), and the ICOH Scientific Committee on Work Organization and Psychosocial Factors (SCWOPS).
