Igor Jesus BELLO is an OSH expert with over 25 years of international experience specializing in ergonomics, psychosociology, and OSH governance. He holds a PhD in Labor Studies, a Master in OSH from the University of Turin/ITC-ILO, and a Master in Ergonomics and Psychosociology from the University of Alcala. For the last 12 years, he has been serving for ICOH Women, Health and Work SC (Chair/Secretary) and President of the Venezuelan Society on Occupational Health (SOVESO).
As a Senior Consultant for the ILO and PAHO, he has designed national OSH policies and technical standards (COVENIN). His academic career includes lecturing at ITC-ILO and several Latin American universities. Awarded as the 2025 Central American & Caribbean Occupational Health Leader, his research focuses on gender and labor risk prevention.

Naesinee CHAIEAR - THAILAND

Professor Naesinee Chaiear is a leading occupational medicine specialist in Thailand, based at the Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University. She has played a pivotal role in integrating occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems with clinical occupational medicine services, initially focusing on health workers in a university hospital and later expanding these models nationwide. She also serves as Vice President of the Association of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Thailand.
She has established long-standing national OH&S training programs that have reached thousands of health professionals and founded one of Thailand's early occupational medicine residency programs. As an expert for the Thailand Hospital Accreditation Institute, she contributed to the 6th Edition Hospital Accreditation Standards, particularly Criteria 5.1-B, strengthening OH&S systems for health workers.
Internationally, Professor Chaiear is a Board Member of ICOH (2024-2027), Vice President of the Southeast Asia OEM Network, and a Fellow of the Collegium Ramazzini and FACOEM.

Quentin DURAND-MOREAU, MD, MEd, is Associate Professor of Occupational Medicine and Residency Program Director at the University of Alberta (Edmonton, Canada). Trained and previously practicing in France, he now works clinically at the Kaye Edmonton Clinic. His research focuses on work-related mental health, occupational aspects of COVID-19, and medical education. He has been actively involved with the International Commission on Occupational Health for over a decade, serving as National Secretary for France and Canada, and as co-chair of the ICOH Scientific Committee on Work Organization and Psychosocial Factors (WOPS). I was elected to the ICOH Board (2024-2027), becoming the youngest Board Member in the organization's history. During my mandate, I actively contributed to governance discussions, supported strategic international engagement, and played a key role in the organization of the 34th ICOH Congress in Marrakech. I was also recognized for expanding global membership and fostering stronger cross-regional collaboration. As a faculty member in Canada, I teach and develop graduate programs in OHS and strategic management. Folashade Omokhodion is a member of ICOH Board and Professor of Occupational Medicine and Community Medicine at University of Ibadan, Nigeria. After obtaining MSc and PhD in Occupational Medicine and FFOM, she pursued an academic career in OH and is currently Head, Department of Occupational Health and Safety, University College Hospital, Ibadan, pioneering residency training in Occupational Medicine in Nigeria. She has worked as research adviser and consultant to industries, conducted research on child labour, work-related musculoskeletal disorders, women's health and the informal sector. She has developed workplace interventions for informal sector workers, health and safety policies for specific workplaces and curriculum for specialty training in OH. She serves as Editor of Occupational and Environmental Health Journal in Nigeria. She has a passion for raising awareness and developing educational capacity for OH especially across Africa. She has published over 100 papers in Occupational Health, Community Health and Women's health.

He is qualified as a clinical psychologist and a national licensed psychologist in Japan. He has published 11 edited books and more than 300 papers/ book chapters.
Akihito Shimazu was on the Editorial Board for Journal of Occupational Health (Field editor), and Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology (Consulting editor). Giovanna Tranfo holds a degree in Organic-Biological Chemistry from the University of Rome “Sapienza,” a specialization in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata,” and a Ph.D. in Prevention Science from the University of Parma (Italy).
Until December 31, 2025, she served as Director of the Department of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, Epidemiology, and Hygiene at INAIL, where she conducted research since 1994 on health risks associated with workplace activities, particularly human exposure to chemical agents.
She is a member of the Italian Government's Grandi Rischi Commission, the Executive Board of the Italian Association of Industrial Hygienists (AIDII), and Chair of the Scientific Committee on Occupational Toxicology (SCOT) of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH).

Min ZHANG - P.R. CHINA

Prof. Min Zhang serves as Deputy Director of the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, as well as Secretary-General, Vice Chair and Member of the National Occupational Health (OH) Standards Committee of China in sequence.
