Short description: With tightening labour markets and an ageing workforce, maximising labour potential is urgent as the state pension age rises, even though not everyone reaches it in good health. This webinar focuses on chronic diseases and labour underutilization in the potential workforce and on how the measurement of health shapes conclusions about health's impact on labour market participation and exit in the Netherlands.
