Started clinical practice in 1995 after passing the Philippine Board Examination for
Licensed Physician. Career in occupational health started in 1997 under J. Ray McDermott,
SA in Dubai. Assigned to the company’s construction yard clinic at Jebel Ali, Dubai, U.A.E.
and offshore projects such as in U.A.E. (DPC), Qatar (Oxy, QGPC, QP, Ras-gas), Bangladesh
(Sangu), Burma (Total), Saudi Arabia (Aramco, IOC) and India (Reliance, ONGC, Cairn
Energy). Promoted to Chief of Clinics and assigned in Caspian Operation until 2005.
Joined Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations in 2005 until 2013. Has Licentiate
of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine(LFOM) and Membership of the Faculty of
Occupational Medicine(MFOM) in Ireland. Additional training in Diving and Hyperbaric
Medicine from Adelaide, Australia and Healthcare Leadership course at the Harvard
University School of Public health in Boston, USA and
Professional Diploma in Healthcare Administration at Noting Hill College, UK.
