Dr. Angela Stufano, born on September 7, 1983, in Bari, Italy,
earned her Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree with highest
honors from the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" in 2010. She
specialized in General Medicine and Primary Care and in
Occupational Medicine. Since January 2021, she has been a
researcher at the University of Bari, focusing on occupational
health, particularly the effects of thermal stress. Dr. Stufano has
participated in significant research projects, including studies on
SARS-CoV-2 and tick-borne diseases. She teaches Occupational
Medicine and related subjects at the University of Bari and has
presented at various national and international conferences. Her
professional affiliations include the Italian Society of Occupational
Medicine. Recognized for her research, she received the Young
Researcher Award at the 11th International Symposium on
Biological Monitoring in 2019. Dr. Stufano has 54 publications with
