I am a highly skilled and results-driven Occupational Safety and Health
(OSH) professional, boasting over a decade of progressive experience in
workplace safety, engineering, and regulatory enforcement. I serve as a
Senior Occupational Safety and Health Officer at Kenya’s Ministry of
Labour, where I enforce OSHA 2007, conduct inspections, lead training,
and support national OSH policy development. I hold a Master’s in OSH
from ITCILO and a BSc in Electrical Engineering, complemented by
NEBOSH IDip and various ISO, fire safety, and chemical management
certifications. My background includes technical roles at Swissport, DLA
Scientific, dnata (Emirates Group), and Reliable Electrical Engineers. I’ve
also contributed to high-impact projects in industrial safety, compliance
audits, and worker training. I am a certified NEBOSH tutor and active
member of IOSH, KOHSA, ICOH, and EBK. Passionate about advancing
OSH in Kenya and beyond, I combine technical knowledge with a strong
commitment to worker safety and well-being.
