Dr Sahu is a Medical teacher and Researcher with more than 12
years of Public Health experience. She is currently serving as
Associate Professor & Head, Department of Occupational
Health, at All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health under
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
Here, she is currently involved in teaching training and research
activities of Occupational health for Medical Postgraduates for
courses like MD, MPH, PGDPHM, DPH, DHPE and MVPH, etc.
She is also Course coordinator for Foundation course in
Occupational Health and many other short courses for training
of medical professionals in Occupational health.
Guide to two MD thesis projects and over 20 short projects.
Recepient and PI of IJCM Ford Foundation Research grant
Co-PI for Indo -Swedish ICMR Forte collaboration project
