Dr Anselm is the Professor of Occupational Health in the Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). He has worked with various governmental and private industries in the field of occupational health including ExxonMobil, Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), Malaysia Ministry of Health facilities. He obtained his Membership of Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM), Royal College of Physicians Ireland in 2009 and subsequently PhD degree from Wakayama Medical University Japan in 2015. In 2017, he is offered conferment of Fellowship by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, Royal College of Physicians Ireland. He is a Certified Medical Impairment Assessor, certified Medical Review Officer and a certified Occupational Health Doctor. He is the coordinator for Doctor of Public Health program in UNIMAS, a trainer for Malaysia MFOM examination. His research interest are fatigue prevention, noise hazards and HAVS.
