I am a Lecturer on Occupational Health at Muhimbili University
of Health and Allied Science. I work on Health risk assessment,
workplace exposure assessment, environmental exposure
assessment, Occupational Safety and Health, industrial hygiene
and indoor air quality. I work on WASH at workplaces (WASH in
Healthcare facilities and public places) and Environmental
Health Inspections. I teach and supervise postgraduate and
undergraduate students. I am a registered Environmental
Health Practitioner by EHPRC under the Ministry of Health
Tanzania.
I have conducted research on organic and inorganic dust
exposure, lead and noise exposure and related health effects at
workplaces. I conducted consultancies on WASH at healthcare
facilities and other workplaces. Currently, we are working with
colleagues on vibration exposure in mines and in the
transportation industry.
