Inspection and investigations in factories and construction sites.
Examining various safety study reports like Safety Audit, Safety
Survey, HAZOP study, MCLS, etc. Teaching a variety of safety and
health topics to workers, union representatives and Managements of
industries and construction sites. Delivering lectures in training
programmes and conducting workshops. More than 2000
factories/establishments have been inspected
including Major Accident Hazard (MAH) Installations so far.
Recommending approval of building plans before construction of a
building. Involved in computerisation of workflow for online grant of
licences and renewal thereof.
I worked as "Labour Inspection Specialist" in International Labour
Organization in Bangladesh and authored a book titled "Handbook on
Occupational Safety & Industrial Psychology". I developed Standard
Operating Procedures for the Inspectorate of Bangladesh apart from
contributing towards framing checklist for inspection. My several
research papers have found place in national and international
journals of repute.
