Place of work: "Sf. Maria" Children's Emergency Clinical Hospital,
Iasi, Romania
Experience: I have worked in private practices and clinics. I am
currently consultant in the occupational health department of a
paediatric emergency teaching hospital.
I have carried out medical examinations, fitness for work
assessments and I provided personalised medical advice to ensure a
safe and healthy working environment for employees. My
collaboration with public and private companies and institutions
included regular consultancy activities, specific occupational health
projects and initiatives. I have worked closely with employers and
employees, providing training on measures to prevent occupational
diseases, work-related illnesses, accidents and improving working
conditions.
In 2021 I started a PhD research on the impact of the pandemic on
the on the health and well-being of healthcare workers, especially
in terms of their skills and performance in providing healthcare.
