Prof. (Dr.) Jaita Mondal is the Dean at Sri Sri College of Nursing,
Sri Sri University (SSU), Cuttack, Odisha. She holds an MSc in
Community Health Nursing from Manipal University, a
specialization in Cardiac and Thoracic Nursing from B.M. Birla
Heart Research Centre, and an MBA in Health Care
Management from Sikkim Manipal University. She has
completed PhD in Nursing at Nims University, Rajasthan.
With over 17 years of experience in clinical nursing, teaching,
administration, and research, she has guided multiple research
projects, published in reputed journals, and authored
Community Health Nursing: Health Care Starts at Home (CBS
Publication). She is a member of various institutional
committees and actively mentors SDG-5 initiatives and the
Health Services Management Club. Her work in occupational
health includes curriculum integration, PhD research on
workplace hazards, and guiding MSc theses on occupational
health issues among various professionals.
