Dr Madaleno is a Physician with over 30 years of experience and
qualifications in Occupational Health, health system management,
Public Health, and General Preventive Medicine. Currently, she is a
PhD Candidate in health policies with a doctoral thesis in
Occupational Health for healthcare workers in Africa Lusophone
Countries.
Since 2013 she has been a chief medical officer at Consaude
Medicina do Trabalho, a business devoted to offering Customer
Organizations whole occupational healthcare. Experience includes
managing teams focused on global health, implementing wellness
initiatives and on-site clinics, ensuring legal compliance, and
evaluating and advising academic hospital systems and national and
international businesses on various domestic and worldwide
health-related issues.
Special interests include ensuring OH programs are cost-effective,
improving access to healthcare through on-site clinics and tailoring
policies, programs and services to meet employee and business
needs that vary widely by location.
