Dr. Raul Mirza is the Acting Director of Clinical Public Health and Epidemiology at
the U.S. Army Public Health Center located at the Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
He received his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in
Virginia and has been in practice 12 years. He is experienced in corporate clinical
policy, program development, compliance and evaluation; sexually transmitted
infections, occupational hearing conservation, population health, healthcare
management, environmental health, executive health, and tropical medicine.
