Dr. Gauravi Mishra is a Professor and Physician in the
Department of Preventive Oncology at the Tata Memorial
Hospital, Mumbai, India. She is an MD in Community Medicine
and has completed several international trainings including
WomenLift Health Leadership Programme; Public Health
Leadership for NCDs, Emory University; IARC Summer School
on Cancer Epidemiology, France and Summer Curriculum in
Cancer Prevention and Molecular Epidemiology NIH, USA. She
conducts awareness and screening for common cancers in clinic,
community outreach and workplaces and is a trained
Colposcopist. She has worked for tobacco control and cessation
in various workplaces ncluding the large police work
force in India. She has led 57 Investigator initiated trials, 101
pubmed publications, 23 book chapters and 18 handbooks.
