Occupational psychologist with more than 8 years of experience in the assessment
and management of workplace psychosocial factors. Designs and implements
occupational mental health plans, wellbeing programs, and training for companies in
mining, construction, agroindustry, and other sectors, including psychological
assessment of workers in high-risk positions, analysis of human factors and safe
behavior within occupational health and safety programs, and prevention of
psychosocial risks. Has led multidisciplinary teams of psychologists and coordinated
directly with OHS, Human Resources, and operations management. Holds a
Master’s in Health Psychology and Lifestyles (UPC), a specialization in Mining Safety
Psychology, and postgraduate diplomas in Occupational Health and Safety,
Psychosocial Risks, and Positive Psychology in Occupational Health. ICOH member.
