Victor Hoe is an Occupational Physician with the University Malaya Medical
Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He lectures Public Health, Occupational Health
and Environmental Health topics to both undergraduate and postgraduate
students in the University of Malaya. He heads the Centre for Occupational and
Environmental Health-UM, a research centre which focused on occupational and
environmental health research and consultation. He has conducted research
projects in Australia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Malaysia. He a member
for the editorial board for the Medical Journal of Malaysia, Journal of Health and
Translational Medicine and Frontiers Public Health. He had reviewed journal
articles for BMC-Public Health, BMC Musculoskeletal Disorder, Preventive
Medicine, Annals of Medical and Health Sciences Research, Industry Health, Asia
Pacific Journal of Public Health, Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology, Occupational
and Environmental Medicine and BMJ Open. His research interest includes
worksite wellness, musculoskeletal disorders, ergonomics, health risk
assessment, Evidence-Based Medicine and Systematic Reviews.
