Professional Summary
I am a native of Cali, Colombia, and a dual professional: Occupational Physician and Lawyer
with a PhD in Occupational Health Sciences. I specialize in ergonomics, workplace mental
health, and occupational safety and health (OSH). With over 15 years of experience, I have
led innovative projects focused on implementing OSH regulations and preventing
occupational risks across industrial, academic, and agricultural sectors. My career includes
the development of educational programs, high-impact research in occupational health, and
the coordination of interdisciplinary teams to enhance workplace quality of life and prevent
occupational burnout.
My approach integrates science, legislation, and strategic management to design and
implement practical and sustainable solutions. I am also a speaker with recognized
contributions in international forums and scientific publications. Furthermore, I have held
key roles in academic institutions and international organizations such as the ILO,
promoting workplace well-being and inclusion.
