Chemical Engineer from ITESO (Instituto Tecnológico de
Estudios Superiores de Occidente), Master's Degree in Project
Engineering and PhD in Engineering and Technology from the
University of Guadalajara. National and international experience
in implementation of environmental and safety management
systems with accreditation as lead and internal auditor. Certified
by the National Commission for Nuclear Safety and Safeguards
(CNSNS) as Radiological Safety Manager. Brigade Leader for
Emergency Response. Experience in design of treatment plants of
sanitary and industrial wastewater. Since 2008 member of ICOH
Currently National Secretary representing Mexico 2018-2024.
Experience as a teacher at the University in matters related to
health, safety and environment for bachelor's, master's, and
doctoral degrees. Author of some books regarding Health, Safety
and Environmental at the Industry, and participation at
international congress and as an author of more than 10 technical
articles. SNI 1 Recognition as a Researcher in Mexico.
