22nd International Congress of the International Commission on Occupational Health (ICOH)
The Sydney Congress, because of the distance, attracts only 366 participants from 52 different countries plus 1853 local participants. In all 281 oral communications and 179 posters are presented in addition to three special symposia and meetings with scientists.
In Sydney, the Board holds two meetings and during the second one a working group is established under the chairmanship of Prof. Parmeggiani to draft a Code of Ethics for Occupational Health Professionals.
Structure of ICOH
In Sydney it is asked to revise the Constitution and Officers start examining Bye-Laws in view of a new Constitution and guidelines.
