2) Cheque / Bank draft in Swiss Francs (payable in Switzerland), while for other currencies is necessary to add CHF 10 for bank charges;
3) American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards; the Settlement Form has to be filled in with all the requested information and returned to ICOH Secretariat by regular email or by fax;
