1925 - Amsterdam

05-12/09/1925

4th International Congress of the Commission Internationale Permanente pour l'Étude des Maladies Professionnelles

The 4th Congress on Occupational Diseases is held in Amsterdam, opening a series of joint congresses on occupational diseases and work accidents all along the period between the two World Wars. Coordinating congresses on occupational health and work accidents had proved to be necessary ever since the years before the war but is then actually effected via a direct collaboration of the two organizations, the Commission and the International Industrial Injury Committee, promoting international congresses bearing the double heading of Congresses for study of work accident medicine and occupational diseases. The congresses have a general part in common and then continue with separate sessions regarding work accidents and occupational diseases.
